We packed the VAH with innovative engineering solutions like Volvo Active Driver Assist, Remote Start, Volvo’s I-Shift automated manual transmission, and new LED lighting. These unique improvements to our auto-hauler will help you deliver your load with greater safety, efficiency, and comfort.
In the VAH, our collision-avoidance system integrates radar and automatic braking features. Volvo Active Driver Assist, VADA, monitors for hazards from highway speed down to 15 mph, with the ability to completely stop in emergency braking situations.
The VAH features LED high/low beam headlights for greater visibility and a distinctive new daytime running light. Turn, marker, and parking lamps are all LED powered. The fully sealed headlamp component delivers a brighter, more focused beam. The new design offers more robust bulb life and even includes a de-icing feature for cold weather climates.
The VAH 300 daycab configuration offers a tight turning radius for easier maneuvering in urban areas or on crowded dealer lots. Loads of up to 11 vehicles are possible. The VAH 300 is available with a 94.5 or 7.5-inch roof height (Fontaine models 94.5 or 97.5)
